Lee-Jon Ball

Lee-Jon holds a Doctorate in Chemistry. His day to day role is consulting, broadly around the customer and user experience and the academic and practical side of business change and performance. He likes to spend his time helping people, friends, and companies find their way through complex problems to elegant solutions.

Before being allured by Alliants, his last few years have been spent facilitating and delivering change and Lean in Financial Services. Lee-Jon is passionate about usability, customer experience, great design, and all things technology. He is a hobbyist programmer, photographer and musician.
